| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit znalosti občanů o možnostech zajištění se na penzi a analyzovat možnou závislost na věku. První část práce definuje hlavní charakteristiky důchodového systému v České republice na teoretické úrovni společně s alternativními možnostmi zabezpečení. Praktická část práce analyzuje situaci, jak průběžného systému, tak penzijního spoření. Dále analyzuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které hodnotí znalost občanů České republiky o možnostech zajištění se na penzi. V závěru práce hodnotí, jestli je povědomí občanů o možnostech zajištění se na penzi závislé na jejich věku. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the citizens awareness about their retirement savings opportunities. At first, main characteristics of pension system in Czech Republic as well as alternative savings opportunities are defined on a theoretical level. Practical part of this thesis analyzes the situation of both active pension pillars. Furthermore, this thesis analyzes results of the questionnaire survey, which evaluates the knowledge of the Czech Republic citizens about the possibilities of ensuring for the pension. At the end of thesis, the dependence of awareness and age are evaluated. |
