| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vývojem sociálních služeb v České republice v období let 1990 až 2017. Cílem je zachytit nejdůležitější změny, které v tomto období proběhly a navrhnout opatření ke zkvalitnění a zvýšení dostupnosti dosud poskytovaných sociálních služeb. Kapitoly teoretické části jsou mimo vymezení základních pojmů věnovány stručné historii sociálních služeb do roku 1990. Praktická část práce je rozdělena na dvě etapy. V první etapě se zabývá analýzou a vyhodnocením vývoje sociálních služeb za sledované období 1990 až 2017. Druhá etapa je pak zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření s náhodně vybranými rodinnými pečujícími, s cílem zjistit, zda je informovanost a péče o rodinné pečující v rámci sociálního systému České republiky na dostatečné úrovni. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is devoted to the issue of development of social services in Czech Republic in the given period. The aim of the thesis is to capture the most important changes that took place in this period and propose measures to improve and increase the avilability of social services provided so far. The chapters of the theoretical part are, apart from the definition of basics concepts and overview of social services, focused mainly on the brief history of social services until 1990. The practical part is divided into two phases. In the first phase, it deals with the analysis and evaluation of the development of social services in the mentioned period from 1990 to 2017. Second phase is then focused on a questionnaire survey with randomly selected family carers, with the aim to determine whether the awareness and care of family carers within the social system of the Czech Republic is sufficient. |
