| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem firemního vzdělávání zaměstnanců a jeho efektivností. Cílem práce je zdůraznit významnost firemního vzdělávání zaměstnanců a posoudit efektivnost vzdělávacího systému v konkrétní organizaci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis definic a charakteristiku firemního vzdělávání jako pojmu, jeho význam a měření efektivnosti, současné trendy a aktuální problémy ve vzdělávání zaměstnanců. V praktické části práce je analyzován vzdělávací systém zaměstnanců v konkrétní společnosti. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byly odhaleny silné a slabé stránky společnosti. Následně byla předložena doporučení pro zlepšení systému podnikového vzdělávání ve vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with the system of corporate education of employees and its effectiveness. The goal of the work is to emphasize the importance of corporate training of employees and evaluate the effectiveness of the educational system in a particular organization. The theoretical part is focused on the description of definitions and characteristics of corporate education as a concept, its importance and measuring the effectiveness, current trends and current issues in personnel training. In the practical part of the work the educational system of employees in a particular company is analyzed. The company's strengths and weaknesses were revealed through a questionnaire survey. Consequently recommendations for improving the corporate educational system in the selected company were presented. |
