| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o postavení osob zdravotně postižených na trhu práce a jejich postupném začleňování do pracovního procesu v průběhu let. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit postavení osob zdravotně postižených na českém trhu práce, zaměřené převážně na neslyšící osoby či osoby s vážnou poruchou sluchu. První část práce se zabývá osobami zdravotně postiženými na teoretické úrovni. Zahrnuje základní pojmy v oblasti nezaměstnanosti, trhu práce a politiky zaměst-nanosti. Dále vymezuje osoby zdravotně postižené a neslyšící osoby. Praktická část se zaměřuje na postavení osob zdravotně postižených na trhu práce v ČR mezi lety 2007-2017. Tento výzkum analyzuje zejména osoby zdravotně postižené v oblasti nezaměstnanosti a rozebírá účast na jednotlivých nástrojích politiky za-městnanosti. V poslední části práce se nachází dotazníkové šetření, které je zamě-řeno na osoby neslyšící, a jejich působení na trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the position of people with disabilities in the labor market and their gradual integration into the work process over the years. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the position of people with disabilities on the Czech labor market, focused mainly on deaf persons or persons with serious hearing impairment. The first part deals with people with disabilities at the theoretical level. It covers the basic concepts of unemployment, labor market and employment policy. Furthermore, it defines persons with disabilities and deaf persons. The practical part focuses on the position of people with disabilities in the labor market in the Czech Republic between 2007-2017. In particular, this research analyzes people with disabilities in the field of unemployment and participation in employment policy tools. In the last part of the thesis there is a questionnaire survey, which is focused on the deaf people and their influence on the labor market. |
