| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout komplexní informace o průběhu a možnostech získávání informací pro analýzu a řešení problému. Práce je zaměřena na dvě nejzákladnější a v praxi nejčastěji využívané metody sběru informací, kterými jsou interview a dotazník. U obou způsobů sběru informací je proveden rozbor, jehož cílem je poskytnout celkové seznámení a přiblížení těchto metod. Práce přináší základní informace o možných způsobech sběru informací a následné detailnější rozbor již předem zvolených metod. Podívá se na podmínky užití metod, způsoby, které se při nich používají a shrne jejich hlavní výhody a nevýhody. V bakalářské práci nechybí ani kapitola srovnávající obě metody. Poslední kapitola této práce se pak zabývá typickými modelovými situacemi v manažerském světě a doporučení pro použití některé z metod. |

| Abstract: | Tendency those baccalaureate work is give to complex information about process and possibilities data acquisition for analysis and solve the problem. The work is specialized on two basest and practically most often exploited methods collection of information which are interview and answer sheet. In both methods collection of information is made analysis, whose target is give to general familiarization and approximation these methods. Work brings basic information about possible way of collection of information and resulting detailed analysis already specific methods in advance. Take a look at conditions of use methods, ways that are used and will summarise their main benefits and disavantages. |
