| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje identifikaci příležitostí a hrozeb strategického záměru společnosti KSK BONO s.r.o. v nadcházejících třech letech. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoreticko – metodologickou a praktickou. V teoreticko – metodologické části jsou definovány pojmy jako strategická analýza, analýza okolí a metody, které slouží k rozpoznání těchto příležitostí a ohrožení. Praktická část obsahuje v prvé řadě představení společnosti, charakteristiku trhů, na kterých podnik působí a jsou zde převážně pomocí PESTLE analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti sil identifikovány příležitosti a hrozby pro podnik, které budou v závěru následně zhodnoceny. Na základě zjištěných skutečností budou v závěru práce také navržena případná doporučení pro podnik, která mohou pomoci managementu při lepším strategickém řízení. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis is dedicated to identification of opportunities and threats in strategic intention of KSK BONO s.r.o. company during next three years. This thesis is divided into main two parts, theoretically - methodological and practical. In the theoretically - methodological part are define terms such as strategic analysis, analysis of surrounding and methods, which recognise opportunities and threats for company. The practical part consists of introducing of company, characteristics of the markets, where company operates and there are identify opportunities and threats by means of PESTLE analysis and Porter’s five forces model. The conclusion evaluates opportunities and threats and suggests recommendations for company, which can help management to achieve better strategic management. |
