| Abstract: | Táto bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pojistných podvodů, jejích definicí a vymezením v legislativě, příčinami a dopady jak na pojišťovny, tak na klienty. Z důvodu, že pojistný trh disponuje značným objemem kapitálu, v posledních letech počet pojistných podvodů roste, proto zvláštní pozornost je věnována oblasti jejích nejčastějších výskytů a návrhům preventivních opatření. Jako základ jsou využity statistické údaje, týkající se toho, jaké skupiny se nejčastěji podílejí na pojistných podvodech. Bakalářská práce rovněž seznámí s postupem pojišťoven při odhalování a zamezení podvodného jednaní. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of insurance frauds focusing on the definition and specification in the framework of law. The goal is to clarify causes of the insurance fraud and to define the main impact on insurance market as well as on clients. Due to considerable amount of assets, the insurance market is predisposed to be affected by frauds. The thesis includes an analysis of the most frequent incidences of frauds and proposals how to prevent them. It is based on statistics which groups are the most typical to participate in frauds. The thesis also presents methods how to unveil frauds and to resolve them. |
