| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá penzijními systémy ve vybraných evropských zemích, a to Polsko, Norsko a Česká republika. Význam a aktuálnost tématu je značná, hlavně kvůli demografickému vývoji na evropském kontinentu a v kontextu ČR také kvůli neřešení zásadní reformy českého penzijního systému. Práce taktéž přináší ucelený přehled teoretických znalostí o důchodových systémech obecně a také přehled odborných studií na toto téma. V praktické části je provedena analýza všech tří systémů, která problematiku řeší jak z pohledu pojištěnec-stát, tak i pohledu fungování penzijních fondů v jednotlivých zemích. Norsko má kvalitně nastavený penzijní systém a některé jeho části by se mohly stát předlohou pro reformy penzijních systémů, bez ohledu na to, zda země vlastní takové nerostné bohatství jako Norsko. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with pension systems in selected European countries, namely Poland, Norway and Czech Republic. The importance and topicality of the topic is considerable, mainly due to demographic developments on the European continent and in the context of the Czech Republic also due to the failure to address the fundamental reform of the Czech pension system. The thesis brings an overview of general theoretical knowledge about pension systems and also an overview of economic studies on this topic. In the practical part, there is an analysis of all three systems, which solves the issue both from the insured person – state perspective and from the perspective of the functioning of pension funds in the countries. Norway has a well-designed pension system and some of its parts could be a model for pension system reforms, regardless of whether the country possesses such mineral wealth as Norway. |
