| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací penzijních systémů v České republice, Španělsku, Dánsku a Švýcarsku v letech 2004 a 2017. Všechny penzijní systémy jsou porovnány na základě zvolených kritérií. Všechny zmíněné penzijní systémy jsou ohroženy demografickým vývojem. V teoretické části je rozebrána teorie potřebná pro pochopení struktury a fungování jednotlivých penzijních systémů. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou penzijních systémů a jejich komparací. Dále jsou v praktické části uvedena i doporučení pro Českou republiku. Z výsledků komparace se jako nejlepší penzijní systém jeví dánský. Pro penzijní systém České republiky je doporučeno zavést nově druhý pilíř na bázi zaměstnaneckých fondů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with comparison of pension systems in the Czech Republic, Spain, Denmark and Switzerland from 2004 to 2017. All these pension systems are compared on the basis of selected criteria. All pension systems mentioned above are threatened by demographical development. The theoretical part analyses the theory necessary for understanding the structure and functioning of each pension system. The practical part of the bachelor thesis provides an analysis of pension systems and their comparison. Furthermore, the practical part includes a recommendation for the pension system in the Czech Republic. The Danish pension system appear like the best one based on the comparison of the listed pension systems. For the pension system of Czech Republic is recommended to establish new second pillar based on the occupational funds. |
