| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o německém penzijním systému, jeho celkovém vývoji a hlavních klíčových reformách od roku 1990 do roku 2018. Zaměřuje se na vývoj Německa po znovusjednocení v roce 1990, kdy došlo ke sloučení západního a východního bloku, a ukazuje, jaké rozdíly existují mezi bývalým Západem a Východem. Pomocí analýzy je ukázán vývoj penzijního systému, který až do dnešních dnů dbá na rozdíly mezi bývalými západními a východními zeměmi, které se odlišují rozdílnými průměrnými mzdami. Práce ukazuje výši důchodů u jedinců ze starých a nových spolkových zemí a udržitelnost důchodového systému. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on German pension system, its overall development and key reforms from 1990 to 2018. It deals with the development of Germany after the reunification in 1990, when the Western and Eastern bloc merged and it shows the differences between the West and East. The analysis shows the development of the pension system, which until today has taken care of the differences between the Western and Eastern countries that are caused by different average wages. The work shows the amount of pensions for individuals from the West and East and the sustainability of the pension system. |
