| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření vlastních strategických doporučení pro společnost Catherine Life, a. s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. A to teoretické části, kde jsou vysvětleny pojmy, metody a analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány na konkrétní společnost ve druhé části – praktické části. Analýza obsahuje tři části – vnější okolí podniku, analýza vnitřních zdrojů a schopností a jako poslední je syntéza. Metody využité v těchto částech jsou PESTEL analýza, analýza odvětví a konkurence, Porterův model 5 konkurenčních sil, analýza zájmových skupin, identifikace zdrojů, VRIN, finanční analýza a portfolio analýza. Informace získané z těchto metod jsou shrnuty ve třetí části, syntéze, kde jsou využity metody SWOT a analýza rizika. Závěrem práce je formulace doporučení pro firmu, jež vychází z výsledků z analýz obsažených v praktické části. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is to formulate strategic recommendation for the company Catherine Life, a. s. The thesis is divided into two parts. And they are theoretical part where are explained terms, methods and analysis, which are consequently applicated on particular company in the second part – practical part. Analysis consists of three parts – the external environment, internal resources and capabilities and last is the synthesis. Methods used in these parts are PESTEL analysis, sector analysis and competitions, Porter’s five forces model, stakeholder analysis, source identification, VRIN analysis, financial analysis and the portfolio analysis. Information obtained in these methods are summarized in the third part, where are used methods like SWOT analysis and risk analysis. The conclusion of the thesis is to form a recommendation for the organisation from the results of analysis used in practical part. |
