| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti KOVOLIS HEDVIKOV, a.s. k 1.4.2018. Výsledky finanční a strategické analýzy potvrzují předpoklad going concern. Ocenění je provedeno metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků s využitím parametrického vzorce. Jako podpůrná metoda je zvolena metoda tržního porovnání. |

The going concern premise is confirmed by the findings in financial and strategic analysis. The core method used is DCF entity method with the application of parametric formula. The market comparison method is used as a complementary valuation method. |
