| Abstract: | V současné době je jednou z hlavních politických událostí Brexit a jedním z hlavních důvodů, proč občané Spojeného království Velké Británie hlasovali pro odchod z Evropské unie, je migrace ze zemí střední a východní Evropy. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění dopadů migrace pracovní síly ze zemí střední a východní Evropy na trh práce Velké Británie, a to zejména pomocí zjištění, zda pracovní migrace ze zemí střední a východní Evropy má negativní dopady na úroveň zaměstnanosti a mezd občanů Velké Británie. Metody použité v této práci jsou analýza sekundárních dat, komparace, analýza časových řad, korelace a analýza úrovně zaměstnanosti a mezd ve Velké Británii. Pomocí těchto metod bylo zjištěno, že neexistují žádné významné negativní dopady migrace pracovní síly ze zemí střední a východní Evropy na trh práce Velké Británie. |

| Abstract: | Brexit is currently one of the main political events and one of the main reasons why UK citizens have voted to leave the European Union is migration from Central and Eastern Europe. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the impact of labor force migration from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe on the labor market of Great Britain, especially by finding out whether labor migration from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe has negative impacts on the level of employment and wages of citizens of Great Britain. The methods used in this thesis are secondary data analysis, comparison, time series analysis, correlation and analysis of employment and wage levels in the UK. Using these methods, it was found that there are no significant negative impacts of labor migration from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe on the labor market of the UK. |
