| Abstract: | Tato bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a zhodnocení stávajícího procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v dané společnosti vůči získaným teoretickým poznatkům. Součástí této práce je v případě odhalení nedostatků navržení možných doporučení pro zlepšení fungování celého zkoumaného procesu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována postupnému vymezení faktických pojmů vztažených k tématu. Praktická část odráží srovnání teorie s praxí pomocí přiblížení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v dané firmě. V závěru práce jsou jednotlivé postupy zhodnoceny, včetně identifikace silných a slabých stránek. Práce je zpracovaná na základě odborné literatury, interních materiálů a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci oddělení personálního managementu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the current process of recruiting and selecting employees in a given company against the acquired theoretical knowledge. As part of this work, when deficiencies are discovered, suggestions are made to improve the functioning of the entire process under review.The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the gradual definition of factual concepts related to the topic. The practical part reflects the comparison of theory and practice by approaching the process of recruiting and selecting employees in a given company. At the end of the thesis, the individual procedures are evaluated, including the identification of strengths and weaknesses. The thesis is based on literature, internal materials and interviews with HR management staff. |
