| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou péče o zaměstnance ve společnosti IDS Olomouc a.s.. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit aktuální systém péče o zaměstnance včetně určení silných a slabých stránek systému. Teoretická část je věnována jednotlivým složkám péče o zaměstnance, vzdělávání zaměstnanců a zaměstnaneckým benefitům. Praktická část se nejprve věnuje charakteristice společnosti IDS Olomouc a.s., dále je na základě poznatků z teoretické části popsán aktuální systém péče o zaměstnance, vzdělávání zaměstnanců a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Informace pro zpracování praktické části jsou získány na základě rozhovoru s personálním oddělením společnosti. Druhá část praktické části je věnována dotazníkovému šetření s cílem zjistit pohled zaměstnanců na aktuální systém péče o zaměstnance. Dotazníkové šetření posloužilo k celkovému zhodnocení systému. Zjištěným slabým stránkám a nedostatkům jsou následně navrženy nápravná opatření, která by mohly vést k efektivnějšímu fungování systému péče o zaměstnance. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of employee care in the company IDS Olomouc a.s.. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current employee care including identification of strenghts and weaknesses of the system. The theoretical part is devoted to individual components of employee care, empoyee training and employee benefits. The practical part firstly deals with the characteristic of the company IDS Olomouc a.s.. Thanks to knowledge obtained from the theoretical part is described and analyzed the current system of employee care, employee training and employee benefits. Informations for practical part are based on an interview with the Human Resources Department. Second half of the practical part is devoted to the questionaire survey with the aim to find out the view of employees on the current system of employee care. The questionaire survey was used for the overal evaluation of the system. To identified weaknesses are subsequently proposed remedial measures that could lead to more effective functioning of the employee care. |
