| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti STAVEBNÍ FIRMA PLUS s.r.o. pro období 2013-2017 z pozice externího uživatele – banky, která požaduje zhodnocení kredibility a celkového finančního zdraví společnosti pro potřeby posouzení pravděpodobnosti nesplacení úvěru, který společnosti poskytla v roce 2017.Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části jsou popsány jednotlivé metody, techniky a ukazatele finanční analýzy. V druhé části jsou poté tyto nástroje použity na vybranou společnost. Druhá část rovněž obsahuje stručný popis společnosti, srovnání s vybraným vzorkem konkurence a aplikaci jednoho bankrotního a jednoho bonitního modelu. Analýza je provedena na základě veřejně dostupných finančních výkazů společnosti. Na závěr jsou shrnuty zjištěné výsledky a dle nich zhodnoceno finanční zdraví podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct financial analysis of the company STAVEBNÍ FIRMA LUS s.r.o. for the period of 2013 – 2017 to be used by an external user – a bank, which requires the assessment of credibility and financial health of the company in order to estimate the probability of default on the loan which was granted to the company in 2017. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes the methods, techniques and indicators of financial analysis. In the second part, these tools are applied to the selected company. This part also includes a short profile of the company, its comparison with several competing companies and the application of a bankruptcy and creditworthiness models. All the financial statements used in this analysis are publicly available. At the end of the thesis, the results of the analysis are summarised and the financial position of the company is evaluated. |
