| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je vytvořit stručný a přehledný podnikatelský plán, který autorovi do dostatečné míry naznačí, zda-li bude životaschopný a také schopen generovat zisk v daném odvětví. Podnikatelský plán se týká založení meruňkového sadu v jižních Čechách, konkrétně v Týně nad Vltavou. Celkovou strukturu práce bych rozdělil na 4 části – úvod, teoretická, praktická část a závěr. Teoretická část obsahuje nezbytné náležitosti, ze kterých se podnikatelský plán skládá, a také zde popíši základní informace pro zakládání sadu, výsadbu a ošetřování stromků a také dotační program. V praktické části aplikuji teorii do praxe, tj. zpracování jednotlivých bodů plánu, volba právní formy, analýza konkurence, zvolení marketingové a obchodní strategie a nakonec tvorba finančního plánu včetně vývoje potřebných finančních ukazatelů. V závěru práce okomentuji dosažené výsledky a zvážím možnost podnikání v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to create a brief and clear business plan, which will give the author a sufficient indication of whether he will be viable and also able to generate profits in the sector. The business plan concerns the establishment of an apricot tree plant in southern Bohemia, specifically in Týn nad Vltavou. The overall structure of the work would be divided into 4 parts - introduction, theoretical, practical part and conclusion. The theoretical part contains the necessary elements from which the business plan is composed and also describes the basic information for the setting up a tree plant, planting and nursing as well as the subsidy program. In the practical part, I apply the theory to practice, the elaboration of individual points of the plan, the choice of legal form, the analysis of competition, the selection of the marketing and business strategy and finally the creation of a financial plan including the development of the necessary financial indicators. At the end of the thesis I will comment on the achieved results and consider the possibility of doing business in this area. |
