| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhotovit strategickou analýzu společnosti Philip Morris ČR a.s. Práce sestává z analýzy vnějšího okolí společnosti, kde je makrookolí posuzováno metodou PESTEL a mikrookolí Porterovým modelem pěti sil. Další část práce tvoří analýza vnitřních zdrojů společnosti za použití modelu VRIO a finanční analýzy. Poznatky z dílčích analýz jsou na konci sumarizovány v matici SWOT a na jejich základě jsou navrhnuta strategická doporučení. V teoretické části práce jsou jednotlivé koncepty a nástroje popsány, v části praktické jsou poté aplikovány na vybranou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this Bachelor’s thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company Philip Morris ČR a.s. The analysis consists of an external analysis where the macro-environment is evaluated using the PESTEL framework and micro-environment is assessed by Porter’s five forces model. Further, the company’s internal resources are evaluated using the VRIO model and financial analysis. The key findings are then summarized in the SWOT matrix and strategic recommendations are formed based on these results. The theoretical section of this thesis outlines the relevant concepts, tools, and theories. These are then applied to Philip Morris ČR a.s. in the practical section. |
