| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá odpovědností za vedení pracovní skupiny z pohledu motivačního faktoru. Jejím cílem je analyzovat, jak je tento motivační faktor atraktivní pro nově příchozí zaměstnance z řad čerstvých absolventů vysoké školy s ekonomickým zaměřením. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou na základě odborné literatury shrnuty a objasněny základní pojmy a poznatky z oboru motivace, jsou zde uvedeny základní informace o generaci, do které dnešní absolventi patří, tedy o Generaci Y, a také základní poznatky o odpovědnosti. V druhé části práce je provedena analýza odpovědnosti za vedení týmu u podniků a studentů. Je zkoumána četnost nabízení tohoto motivačního faktoru ze stran firem a také jeho vyhledávání a postoj k němu ze stran studentů. V závěru práce jsou tyto analýzy porovnány a je vytvořen soubor doporučení pro společnosti, jak se k tomuto faktoru stavět. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis focusing on responsibility for a working group from the perspective of motivation factor. Its aim is to analyze how this motivational factor is considered to be attractive for newly graduated employees. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is based on the basic concepts and knowledge of motivation explained on the basis of technical literature, basic information about the generation that today's graduates belong to, thus the Generation Y and also basic knowledge about responsibility at work. In the second part, there is an analysis of responsibility for team leadership in companies and student’s opinions about this factor. The frequency of offering this motivation factor by companies, as well as his search and attitude towards him from the student side, are examined. At the end of the thesis, these analyzes are compared and is suggested set of recommendations for the companies about this motivation factor. |
