| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je digitalizace vzdělávání. Vzdělání 4.0 představuje nové možnosti v oblasti vzdělávání, zejména díky možnosti využití digitálních technologii. Cílem je tedy identifikace Vzdělání 4.0. v kontextu Průmyslu 4.0, včetně historického zmapování reforem školství s ohledem na ekonomické potřeby státu, popis nových metod a trendů v oblasti vzdělávání jako investicí do lidského kapitálu, který je předpokladem pro udržení konkurenceschopnosti státu. V poslední části práce jsou vyhodnocena rizika a přínosy digitalizace pomocí SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the bachelor thesis is digitalization of education. Education 4.0 is presenting new opportunities in area of education, thanks to availability of digitalize technologies. The goal of bachelor thesis is identification of Education 4.0 in context of Industry 4.0, included historically mapping reforms in education with relevance to economic needs of a state, describing new methodology and trends in area of education as an investment to human capital, which is prerequisite for maintaining state competitiveness. In last part of the work are analysed threatens and opportunities of digitalization by SWOT analysis. |
