| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obecným rozborem fenoménu dobrovolného hasičství u nás, který je následně aplikován na konkrétní vybrané sbory na Berounsku. Teoretická část se soustředí především na historii dobrovolných hasičských sborů, jejich současné právní vymezení a funkce, které dnes plní v příslušných obcích. V rámci výzkumu je přiblížena současná role dobrovolných hasičů ve vybrané oblasti a jejich význam v životě místních obyvatel. Práce mapuje přínos hasičů pro rozvoj místní kultury a součástí je i rozbor problematiky financování sborů z veřejných rozpočtů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with a general analysis of the phenomenon of voluntary fire-fighting in the Czech Republic, which is subsequently applied to specific selected fire departments in the Beroun region. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the history of voluntary fire brigades, their current legal definition and their functions in the selected municipalities. The current role of volunteer firefighters in the selected area and their importance in the life of local residents is explained. The work shows the contribution of firefighters to the development of local culture and it also includes an analysis of the issue of financing of fire departments from public budgets. |
