| Abstract: | Cílem práce je popsat a zhodnotit aktuální pozici, konkurenceschopnost a největší problémy společnosti EP Energy Trading na trhu dodavatelů energií v České republice. Dále navrhnout doporučení, která by podpořila další nastávající růst firmy. V teoretické části budou popsány vybrané metody a nástroje nutné k vytvoření strategické analýzy. V praktické části budou aplikovány vybrané metody, které napomohou vyřešit problémy nalezené osobním šetřením a firemním dotazníkem pro zjištění dalších problémů, kterým čelí hlavní oddělení firmy. Dotazník bude rozdán vedoucím zaměstnancům oddělení financí, prodeje (velkoodběr a maloodběr), marketingu a bussines development. Předpokládaným výstupem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení současné pozice firmy a formulace doporučení pro další vývoj s ohledem na změnu značku společnosti a přesun částí činností v rámci skupiny EPH. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and evaluate current position, competitivenes, and biggest problems of EP Energy Trading on the field of energy suppliers in the Czech Republic. Futhermore the goal is to propose suggestions which help with further growth of the company. Descriptions and definitons of chosen methods required for creating an strategic analysis are in the theoretical framework part of this thesis. Chosen methods are applied in order to solve problems found by personal research and a questionary given to the finance, sales, marketing and business development department. Presumed output of this thesis is an evaluation of current company position and suggestions for further development with respect to recent rebranding and displacement of some part of activities inside EPH group. |
