| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě provedené analýzy zjistit, zda se skutečně na trhu práce v České republice vyskytuje diskriminační chování, které způsobuje odlišné postavení mužů a žen. V práci jsou popsány a vysvětleny základní pojmy ke správnému pochopení zmíněné problematiky. Následuje vyhodnocení dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření, na základě kterých jsou uvedena doporučení, která by vedla ke snížení a zmírnění dopadů diskriminačního chování na trhu práce i v běžném životě. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor‘s Thesis is based on the analysis to find out whether there is really a discriminatory behavior in the labor market in the Czech Republic, which cause a different position between men and women. There are described and explained the basic concepts for correct understanding of the mentioned problems. This is followed by an evaluation of data obtained from a questionnaire survey, based o which, recommendations to reduce and mitigate the effects of the discriminatory behavior on the labor market and in ordinary life, are given. |
