| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá analýzou mezinárodních kolektivů. Cílem je zjištění hlavních možných výhod a nevýhod vlivu multikulturnosti na kolektivy a organizace na příkladě týmu Sberbanky, pobočka Pankrác. Podklady pro analýzu byly získané z odborné literatury a z vlastního kvantitativního výzkumu. Teoretická část se věnuje základním charakteristikám pracovních kolektivů a týmů, popisuje národní a organizační kultury. V praktické části je popsán provedený výzkum a jeho výsledky, které jsou následně analyzovány. Výsledkem práce je pak navržení doporučení pro vedení společností a vedení a členy mezinárodních týmů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on analysis of multicultural collectives. The aim is to find out the main advantages and disadvantages, the influence of multiculturalism on collectives and organizations. As an example was taken a Sberbank company’s team, Pankrác branch. The data for the analysis were obtained from professional literature and my own quantitative survey. The theoretical part is about basic characteristics of working groups and teams and describes national and organizational cultures. In the practical part is a description of survey, it’s results and analyses. The conclusions of thesis are recommendations for the management and members of international teams. |
