| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je analýza a příprava investičního projektu tykajícího se otevření nové provozovny. Součástmi práce jsou teoretická a praktická části, které obsahuje zkoumaní okolí podniku pomoci vybraných metod strategické analýzy, analýzu zákazníků, volbu umístění, metody předpovědí budoucí poptávky a tržeb, stanovení peněžních toků a diskontní míry projektu, vyhodnocení projektu pomoci ukazatelů ekonomické efektivnosti. Praktická část práce obsahuje implementaci získaných z literárních pramenů teoretických poznatků na příkladu reálně existující společnosti. Práce jednak přispívá k pochopení čtenářem podstaty odvětví stravování, jednak se zabývá problémem investičního rozhodování. |

| Abstract: | The subject regarding this work is the analysis as well as preparation of investment project concerning the opening of a new branch-establishment. The thesis consists of both theoretical and practical part, which also include examining the environment of the company with selected methods of strategic analysis, then the analysis of customers, choice of location, methods of forecasting future demand and sales, determination of cash flow and discount rate, as well as the evaluation of the project by economic efficiency indicators are covered. The practical part of the thesis contains the implementation of theoretical knowledge obtained from literary sources on the example of an existing company. On the one hand, the thesis contributes to the understanding regarding the essence of the restaurant industry; on the other hand, it also covers the problem of investment decision-making. |
