| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření strategické analýzy a následné vyhodnocení výsledků analýz pro rodinný podnik Emco spol. s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části a to na část teoretickou, praktickou a závěr. První část obsahuje vysvětlené okruhy pojmů týkajících se rodinného podnikání, strategické analýzy, analýzy okolí, analýzy vnitřních zdrojů, syntézy a jednotlivých analýz PESTEL, SWOT, Porterova analýza pěti sil, VRIO analýza, Finanční analýza, BCG matice, které se pak aplikují v části praktické a z jejich výsledků bude možné stanovit strategická doporučení. V závěru práce se nachází shrnutí analýz, zhodnocení strategické a finanční situace podniku. Výsledky provedených analýz svědčí o tom, že podnik Emco spol. s.r.o. má silné strategické postavení a je finančně stabilní. Růst podniku zajistí expanze do více zemí světa a rozšíření produktového portfolia distribuovaných značek. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a strategic analysis and to evaluate the results of analyzes for the family company Emco Ltd. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theoretical, practical and conclusion. The first part explains the concepts of family business, strategic analysis, environmental analysis, analysis of internal resources, synthesis and methods such as PESTEL, SWOT, Porter's five forces analysis, VRIO analysis, financial analysis, BCG matrix, that are then applied in the practical part and from the results will be possible to establish strategic recommendations. In the third part of the thesis there is a summary of analyzes, evaluation of strategic and financial situation of the company. The results of the analyzes show that the company Emco spol. s.r.o. has a strong strategic position and is financially stable. The growth of the business will ensure expansion to more countries around the world and expand the product portfolio of distributed brands. |
