| Abstract: | Obsahem této diplomové práce je zkoumání dopadu globálních společností na vývoj nerovnosti. V teoretické části se zabývám tématem globalizace, její charakteristikou a měřením. Navazuje téma globálních společností, jejich charakteristika, téma přímých zahraniční investic a vstupu na zahraniční trhy. V další části diplomové práce se zabývám tématem nerovnosti, její charakteristiky, jejího měření a vývojem v rozvojových, rozvinutých zemích a v ČR. V závěru teoretické části je věnován prostor globalizaci, globálním společnostem a jejich dopadu na vývoj nerovnosti z pohledu dostupných studií.Praktická část mé diplomové práce se zabývá analýzou společenské odpovědnosti ve vztahu k nerovnosti společností Amazon a Starbucks, obsahem je rovněž i analýza mzdových a pracovních podmínek a vyhodnocení. |

| Abstract: | Content of this master‘s thesis is to examine the impact of global companies on the development of inequality. In the theoretical part I deal with the topic of globalization, its characteristics and measurement. It is followed by the topic of global companies their characteristics and the topic of foreign direct investment and entry to foreign markets. In the next part of my thesis I deal with the topic of inequality, its characteristics, its measurement and development in developing, developed countries and in the Czech Republic. The end of the theoretical part is devoted to globalization, global companies and their impact on the development of inequality from the perspective of available studies.The practical part of my thesis deals with the analysis of corporate social responsibility in relation to inequality of Amazon and Starbucks, other part of the analysis covers the analysis of wage and working conditions and final evaluation of the companies and their impact on inequality. |
