| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v České republice. Této skupině je věnována zvýšená pozornost právě z toho důvodu, že do ní spadají ohroženější jedinci. Cílem je zhodnocení postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na českém trhu práce a komparace s vybranými státy v Evropské unii. Analýza je prováděna prostřednictvím práce se sekundárními daty a časovými řadami. V závěru práce je formulováno několik doporučení pro subjekty na trhu práce, jejichž realizace by mohla současnou situaci této znevýhodněné skupiny zlepšit. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the employment of people with disabilities in the Czeh republic. This group is highlighted since it consists of individuals who are being hit by the discriminination on the labor market the most. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the status/position of this group in the Czech labor market and the comparison with other selected members of the European Union. In the analysis there were used the secondary data and the time series. In conclusion there is a list of several recommendations which could be used by the subjects of the labor market in order to improve the current situation of disadvantaged group. |
