| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat strategickou analýzu společnosti SUEZ Využití zdrojů a.s., identifikovat její silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a ohrožení a navrhnout doporučení pro její budoucí strategické rozhodování. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou s využitím odborné literatury popsány základní pojmy a metody strategické analýzy, jako jsou cíle a vize podniku, analýza mikrookolí a makrookolí, interní analýza a SWOT analýza. Praktická část se věnuje aplikaci metod dříve popsaných. Je zde tedy provedena PESTEL analýza, analýza Porterova modelu pěti sil, analýza vnitřních zdrojů společnosti, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza, analýza rizik a na závěr SWOT analýza. Ve SWOT analýze jsou shrnuty získané poznatky z jednotlivých analýz. V návaznosti na výsledky SWOT analýzy jsou navržena doporučení pro strategický rozvoj společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the company SUEZ Využití zdrojů a.s., to identify its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats and to propose strategic recommendations for improving the future strategy. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part are examined terms like goals and vision of the company, analysis of micro and macro environment, intern analysis and SWOT analysis. Practical part is being devoted to an application of methods examined earlier. In this part there are being applied following methods, PESTEL analysis, Porter’s analysis of fiver powers, analysis of internal resources, VRIO analysis, financial analysis, analysis of risk and SWOT analysis. In the SWOT analysis, there is being summarized the whole strategic analysis. Based on knowledge from SWOT analysis, the strategic recommendations are being proposed to the company. |
