| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the entrance of the Manufaktura franchise cosmetic store into the Russian market. The work consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the general requirements of the business plan, and also gives an idea of the various aspects of the business that are necessary for its success. The practical part concerns the implementation of the business itself. It consists of a description of company, an analysis of the Russian market, and also includes a marketing strategy and financial plan. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro vstup franšízového kosmetického obchodu Manufaktura na ruský trh. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné požadavky podnikatelského plánu a zároveň jsou představeny různé aspekty podnikání, které jsou nezbytné pro jeho úspěch. Praktická část se týká realizace samotného podniku. Skládá se z popisu společnosti, analýzy ruského trhu, a zahrnuje také marketingovou strategii a finanční plán. |
