| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou aktuální cituace na tuzemnském trhu přepravy balíkových zásilek posílaných fyzickými osobami v podstatě komukoliv. Cílem práce je zhodnotit spokojenost zákazníků s konkrétními poskytovateli kurýrních, expresních a balíkvých služeb a srovnat nabídku těchto společností. Samotný výzkum se skládá z vlastního testování prováděného formou zasílání balíků s vybranými společnostmi a dotazníkového šetření. Tyto 2 části jsou pak zanalyzovýny a navzájem porovnány. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že pro vnitrostátní přepravu balíků je nejlepší využít některou ze společností zaměřujících se na lokální trh. Nejlepších výsledků dosahuje společnost DPD, následuje GLS, Geis a celkové vysoké míře spokojenosti mezi respondenty dotazníkového šetření se dostává i společnosti PPL, což se ovšem nepodařilo potvrdit při vlastním testu zasílání balíků. Naopak využití služeb největších firem, které působí v globálním měřítku (DHL, UPS a FedEx), se pro balíkovou přepravu v rámci České republiky nevyplatí. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is looking into an analysis of a current situation on the local parcel transportation market, specifically on the section of the market where the customer is a natural person. The goal is to analyse the satisfaction of the customers with providers of courier, express and parcel services as well as to compare a supply of those companies. The research consists of an opinion survey and an own testing of parcel shipping with particular firms. These 2 parts are then analysed and compared. The results of the research show, that for domestic parcel transportation it is more convenient to use the services of one of the businesses operating mainly on the local market. The best results are achieved by the DPD company, followed by GLS and Geis. Great results from the survey belong also to the PPL company, but these findings were not proved by the parcel shipping test itself. On the contrary, using the services of the biggest corporations operating on a global scale (DHL, UPS and FedEx) for parcel transportation within Czechia is not economical and cannot be recommended. |
