| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je finanční benchmarking společnosti Booking.com s.r.o (Czech Republic). Cílem je zjištění a vyhodnocení stavu finančního zdraví společnosti za období let 2013 až 2017. Následně porovnaní výkonností společnosti s konkurentem a odvětvím M, kde podniká podle klasifikace CZ-NACE. Komparace finančních ukazatelů bude provedena metodou benchmarkingového diagnostického systému finančních indikátorů INFA. První metodologická část je věnovaná vymezeni podstatě finanční analýzy a metodě benchmarkingového diagnostického systému INFA. Druhá praktická část se konkrétně zaměřuji na sledovanou společnost a odvětví ve kterém podnik působí. V této části je vybrána metoda aplikovaná na konkrétní podniky. Získané výsledky jsou porovnány s konkurentem Expedia Services CZ, s.r.o. Závěrem práce je shrnutí dosažených výsledků a určení příčin, které je ovlivnily během sledovaného období. Následně, na základě zjištěných dat, budou navržené oblasti, ve kterých by se mohla společnost zlepšit pro budoucí rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the financial benchmarking of the company Booking.com Ltd. (Czech Republic). The thesis aims to find out and evaluate the state of financial health of the company for the years 2013 to 2017. Consequently, compare the performance of the company with its competitor and the sector M, where it operates according to the classification CZ-NACE. The financial indicators will be compared using the benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators INFA. The first methodological part is focused on the definition and concept of financial analysis and the benchmarking diagnostic system INFA. The second practical part is specifically focused on the monitored company and the sector in which the company operates. In this section, the method applied to selected companies. The results will be compared with the competitor Expedia Services Ltd. The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of achieved results and determination of causes that influenced them during the monitored period. Subsequently, based on the data collected, will be proposed areas in which the company could improve for future development. |
