| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením lidí v organizaci a zahrnuje popis a interpretaci výsledků zjištěných pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které bylo uskutečněno v rámci společnosti Expobank CZ a.s. Cílem práce je zjištění současného stavu spokojenosti a loajality zaměstnanců vůči bance, a především vyhodnocení silných a slabých stránek systému řízení lidí v této organizaci. Na základě výsledků této práce je následně možné poskytnout managementu společnosti návrhy na možná zlepšení a opatření sloužící ke zdokonalení současného stylu řízení a vedení lidí v organizaci, což výrazně poslouží k větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců a zároveň efektivitě jejich práce. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the management of people in the organization and also with the support and interpartnership of the results of the assistance provided to the donor body, which was successful in the Expobank CZ community. I am committed to achieving the goal of work by increasing the current state of peace and loyalty of bank officials and, above all, to creating strong and weak links between the model of leadership in this organisation. On the basis of results and commonly conducted analyses, the vulnerability of the community proposal to possible improvement can be assessed and the slogan "to achieve the current style of leadership and leadership in organisations" can be used, which will make it possible to increase the peace of mind of the citizens and the effectiveness of their work. |
