| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení strategické analýzy vnitřních zdrojů společnosti Doosan Bobcat EMEA a formulace strategických doporučení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, použité metody a postupy analýzy vnitřního prostředí podniku. V části praktické jsou tyto metody aplikovány na vybranou společnost. Mezi tyto metody patří VRIO analýza, finanční analýza, hodnototvorný řetězec a benchmarking. Výstupy jsou pak následně shrnuty ve SWOT analýze a na jejím základě silných a slabých stránek společně s příležitostmi a hrozbami jsou předložena konkrétní strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is implementation of the strategic analysis of the internal resources of the company Doosan Bobcat EMEA and formulation of strategic recommendations. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic terminology and describes methods and procedures of the internal environment of the company. These methods are applied to the selected company in the practical part. These methods include VRIO analysis, financial analysis, value chain and benchmarking. The outputs are then summarized in a SWOT analysis and specific strategic recommendations are presented based on company’s strengths and weaknesses along with opportunities and threats. |
