| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem online světa a online prokrastinace na pracovní výkon. Samotná práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které je rozebrána závislost jako taková, popsány konkrétní závislosti, které s online závislostí úzce souvisí, jako je závislost na technologiích, hrách, či sociálních sítích. Dále jsou popsány vlivy, které může online závislost na člověka i celé lidstvo mít, pozitivní i negativní a dále jak této závislosti předcházet a jak ji lze léčit. Na závěr teoretické části se práce věnuje online závislosti v pracovním prostředí a jejím vlivu na pracovní nasazení pracujících. Praktická část je rozborem výzkumu provedeného anonymně mezi pracujícími obyvateli České republiky, který je zaměřen právě na vliv online závislosti, případně online života na pracovní výkon. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky z celé práce. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of online world and online procrastination on work performance. The work itself is divided into a theoretical part, in which the addiction is analyzed as such, various specific addictions, that are closely related to online addiction, are described, such as digital addiction, video game addiction (VGA), or social media addiction. Furthermore, are described the effects, that online addiction can have on both man and humanity, both positive and negative, and how to prevent and treat this addiction. At the end of the theoretical part, the thesis deals with online addiction in the working environment and its influence on the workload of people. The practical part is an analysis of the working inhabitants of the Czech Republic, which is focused on the influence of online addiction or online life on work performance. The conclusion summarizes the findings from the whole thesis. |
