| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat kompetence zaměstnanců vybrané firmy působící v odvětví gastronomie a v návaznosti na to navržení efektivního kompetenčního modelu. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem kompetence, jeho historií, definicemi, typy a obsahem, dále pak kompetenčními modely, jejich základními znaky, výhodami efektivní implementace či procesy jejich tvorby a metodami zjišťování kompetencí. V praktické části práce identifikuji klíčové kompetence u jednotlivých pracovních pozic prostřednictvím moderní metody zjišťování kompetencí pomocí softwarové aplikace KnackApp. Na základě získaných výsledků šetření a vlastního uvážení navrhuji kompetenční model analyzované firmy, který odráží aktuální potřeby společnosti u všech pracovních pozic. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze the competencies of employees of selected companies operating in the gastronomy sector and to design an effective competency model. The theoretical part deals with the concept of competence, its history, definitions, types and content, as well as competency models, their basic features, advantages of effective implementation or processes of their creation and methods of determining competencies. In the practical part of the thesis I identify the key competencies of individual job positions through a modern method of competency detection using the KnackApp software application. Based on the results of the survey and my own discretion, I propose a competency model of the analyzed company, which reflects the current needs of the company for all job positions. |
