| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak je ve strategických dokumentech hlavního města Prahy ukotvena podpora kulturních institucí a kulturních aktivit v kontextu konceptu Smart Cities (SC) a kde se již dnes daří uplatňovat jeho principy, a následně navrhnout, kam a jak by mohlo využití principů SC v kultuře dále směřovat.Teoretická část představí a vysvětlí původ, pojetí i obsah konceptu Smart Cities, nastíní hlavní principy SC, jakož i význam a potenciální přínosy aplikace tohoto konceptu v urbanizovaném prostoru.Praktická část posoudí míru aplikace konceptu SC v rámci hlavního města Prahy, a to s důrazem na aplikaci principů SC do kultury. Důraz bude kladen na využitelnost samotných principů a konkrétních technologií v kulturních institucích, jakož i při realizaci kulturních eventů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how is the support of cultural institutions and cultural events bound in the Prague´s strategic documents in the context of Smart Cities concept (SC) and also where have been these principles already successfully applied. I will propose where and how the use of SC principles in cultural field could be further directed. The theoretical part introduces and explains the origin, concept and content of the Smart Cities concept, outlines the main principles of SC, as well as the importance and potential benefits of applying this concept in urban space.The practical part will assess the application of the SC concept within the capital city of Prague, with an emphasis on the application of SC principles for the cultural institutions and cultural events. |
