| Abstract: | Práce věnuje negaleriím, tedy nevšednímu způsobu prezentace výtvarného umění ve veřejném prostoru, které se v posledních letech stává stále populárnějším. Má za cíl popsat okolnosti vzniku a historii tohoto fenoménu. Věnuje se sociálním, ekonomickým, historickým i kulturním kontextům vzniku a působení negalerií i jejich dopadu na podobu veřejného prostoru. V teoretické části také práce mapuje negalerie vzniklé v České republice a popisuje systémy jejich fungování a také aktivity spojené s provozem a běžným denním chodem. Práce se také věnuje další možnostem budoucího rozvoje těchto neinstitucionalizovaných galerií. Praktická část práce prostřednictví studie a analýzy mapuje vznik a provoz konkrétní negalerie, včetně nástrah a možných problémů, které mohou nastat a příležitostí, které toto uskupení nabízí, a to jak vystavovaným umělcům, tak i kurátorům a galeristům. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor´s thesis is dedicated to a new phenomenon that has been growing in the past two decades, to nongalleries. Nongalleries are focused on presenting contemporary art using various methods and spaces on the public areaIn the theoretical section, this thesis is supposed to introduce the historical background of this issue and circumstances, which led to the origin of nongalleries. It also gives description of all important historical nongallery projects, lists all the characteristics that nongalleries share and provides complete summary of nongalleries, both existing and defunct. The practical section is focused on one particular nongallery. Using detailed study, this work shows how nongalleries practically work in everyday business and outlines all the benefits, that nongalleries bring to artist, founders, curators and also to the society. |
