| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzu podniku STUDENT AGENCY k.s. Práce si klade za úkol vyhodnotit nejdůležitější faktory v okolí podniku, které ho ovlivňují, zjistit jeho strategické přednosti a nedostatky a vyvodit z nich doporučená opatření do budoucna. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část, v části teoretické jsou popsány jednotlivé postupy využívané při strategické analýze. Praktická část poté tyto postupy aplikuje na vybraný podnik. Závěrem práce je shrnutí výstupů analýzy, které nabízí pohled na současnou situaci na trhu zejména autobusové dopravy. Na základě těchto výstupů jsou navržena možná strategická opatření pro daný podnik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of STUDENT AGENCY k.s. The thesis sets to evaluate the most important factors in the company’s environment that are influencing it, and also to find the company’s strategic advantages and disadvantages, and to infer a recommended stratégy based on these findings. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part, the former describes the individual methods used for a strategic analysis, while the latter applies those methods. The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of results of the analysis, which offer a view of the current situation mainly of the bus transportation market. Based on these results, there are potential strategic measures proposed for the analysed company. |
