| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování strategické analýzy společnosti CZC.cz s.r.o. Strategická analýza se skládá tradičně z analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Analýza makrookolí vychází z PEST analýzy a analýza mikrookolí se opírá zejména o Porterův model 5 sil pro vymezení vlivů mikrookolí na podnik. Identifikované příležitosti a hrozby jsou poté zanalyzované společně se silnými a slabými stránkami ve SWOT analýze, která je doplněná vyhodnocením vztahů mezi těmito prvky SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to create strategic analysis of the company CZC.cz s.r.o. Strategic analysis traditionally consist of an analysis of the external and internal environment. The analysis of macro-environment is based on PEST analysis, micro-environment analysis is mainly based on Porter’s five forces framework for determination of micro-environment impacts on the company. The identified opportunities and threats are afterwards analyzed together with the strengths and weaknesses in the SWOT analysis, which is complemented by an evaluation of the relationships between these elements of the SWOT analysis. |
