| Abstract: | Regionální minipivovary jsou výrazným trendem českého pivovarnictví, a také stále častější součástí nabídky turismu. Tato práce se věnuje středočeským minipivovarům Lobeč a Zichovec, které jsou příkladem obnovy významné kulturní památky (Lobeč) a použití kvalitní současné architektury v rozvíjející se lokalitě (Zichovec). Podniky jsou analyzovány prostřednictvím rozhovorů s majiteli, na základě veřejně dostupných informací a finančních výkazů. Oba mají vliv na své okolí, ať už v rámci vytváření nových pracovních příležitostí, či v rámci turistické atraktivity regionu. Cílem práce je srovnat dopad těchto pivovarů na danou lokalitu a jejich zapojení v rámci kulturního turismu. |

| Abstract: | Regional microbreweries are a significant trend of Czech brewing, as well as an increasing part of the tourism offering. This thesis deals with the Central Bohemian microbreweries Lobeč and Zichovec, which are an example of the restoration of a significant cultural monument (Lobeč) and the use of high-quality modern architecture in developing locality (Zichovec). Businesses are analyzed through interviews with the owners, by publicly available informations and financial statements. Both have impact on their surroundings, whether in terms of creating new job opportunities or in the region's tourist attractiveness. The aim of the thesis is to compare the impact of these breweries on the given locality and their involvement in cultural tourism. |
