| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování strategické analýzy vybraného podniku Přívěsy HK a formulace strategických doporučení pro daný podnik. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány použité metody a analýzy. V praktické části se dříve popsané metody využily k formulaci strategických doporučení. Strategická analýza se skládá z analýzy okolí, ve které se využila analýza PESTLE a Porterův model pěti sil. Další součástí je analýza vnitřního prostředí firmy, která obsahuje VRIO analýzu a analýzu hodnototvorných řetězců. Získané informace se dále zpracovaly pomocí SWOT analýzy a zhodnotila se mezi nimi souvislost a jejich působení na podnik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate strategic analyzes of selected company Přívěsy HK and formulation of strategic recommendations for the company. The thesis is divided theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes methods and analyzes used. In practical part, the previously described methods were used to formulate strategic recommendations. The strategic analysis consists of an analysis of the environment in which the PESTLE analysis and the Porter’s five forces analysis were used. Another part is the analysis of internal environment of the company, whick contains VRIO analysis and value chain analysis. Obtained findings are further processed using SWOT analysis and to assess the relationship between them and their effect on the company. |
