| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti Aircraft Industries a.s. a vytvořit strategické doporučení pro rozšíření produktového portfolia prostřednictvím analýzy pěti sil Portera, PESTLE analýzy, benchmarkingu a syntézou závěrů slouží SWOT analýza. Dalším cílem je ekonomické modelování vývoje nového letounu využitím některých částí ekonomického modelu poskytnutých Massachusetts Institute of Technology a Aerospace Computational Design Laboratory a zkoumát, jak vývoj a výroba nového letounů mohla by ovlivnit podnik a jeho produktové portfolio. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to carry out a strategic analysis of Aircraft Industries a.s. and create a strategic recommendation for expanding the product portfolio by analyzing the five forces of Porter, PESTLE analysis, benchmarking and the synthesis of conclusions by using the SWOT analysis. Another objective is to economically model the development of the new aircraft by using some of the economic model provided by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Aerospace Computational Design Laboratory and to investigate how the development and production of new aircraft could affect the business and its product portfolio. |
