| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o etických problémech, které vznikají v oblasti potravinářství,a o vztahu spotřebitelů k těmto problémům. V první části se zabýváme jednotlivými problematickými oblastmi v potravinářství a konkrétními příklady neetického chování. Pozornost je věnována především třem oblastem potravinářského průmyslu: výrobě, prodeji a spotřebě. V praktické části pak poskytují respondenti své upřímné názory a pohledy na problematiku zmíněnou v teoretické části v rámci provedeného šetření ve formě hromadné diskuze. Na konci práce pak na základě hromadné diskuze vyvozujeme závěry a možná řešení. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis is about ethical problems, which can develop in the food industry, and about relationship of the consumers to these problems. In the first part we are dealing with problematic areas in the food industry and concrete ethical problems. Main areas are production, sales and consumption. In the practical part of master thesis the volunteers are telling their honest opinions from their point of view in response to the problems mentioned in theoritical part. This is done by collective discussion. At the end of this master thesis we will make conclusions and possible areas of solution. |
