| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou autority učitele ekonomických předmětů. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením a různým pojetím autority, jejím vývojem z historického hlediska a vzájemnými vztahy mezi autoritou a výchovou. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky z realizovaného výzkumu provedeného na obchodní akademii mezi žáky i mezi učiteli této školy. Cílem výzkumu bylo zhodnotit, zda žáci i v dnešní době vnímají učitele jako autoritu a co si pod autoritou představují. Zároveň byl zjišťován i názor učitelů této školy na jejich autoritu. Na základě výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že žáci i učitelů si pod autoritou představují především respekt a úctu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the teacher’s authority in economics subjects. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with definitions and different concepts of authority, its development from a historical point of view and mutual relations between an authority and an education. In the practical part there are summarized results of a research. The research was carried out at an business academy among students and teachers at this school. The purpose of the research was to evaluate whether students perceive teachers as an authority today and what they perceive as a concept of the authority. The teachers' opinion on their own authority was also examined at the same time. Based on research, it has been found that students and teachers perceive an authority like a respect and an esteem. |
