| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu nového shisha baru.Hlavním cílem je posouzení reálnosti a proveditelnosti plánu a jeho záměru. Důvěryhodnostzmíněného plánu bude doložena analýzou mikroprostředí, mj. trhu, dodavatelů, prostředí ataké výzkumem vymezeného segmentu zákazníků. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na celkemtři části. První je část teoretická, která interpretuje obecné informace podnikatelského plánu.Seznamuje se zásadami plánu, jeho strukturou a různými specifiky podnikání shisha baru.Druhá část obsahuje data a metody výzkumu, popisuje výzkumné otázky, metody provedení avýsledky provedeného výzkumu. Ve třetí, praktické části, je představen konkrétnípodnikatelský plán, který obsahuje veškeré nezbytné informace, analýzy a projekce prozahájení podnikatelské činnosti. Závěr práce je zhodnocení podnikatelského plánu autorem. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for a new shisha bar. Main goal of this business plan is to consider and evaluate feasibility and practicality of this project. The credibility will be guaranteed by various analyses of microenvironment – market, suppliers, competitive businesses and customer research. Thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part interprets general information regarding the business plan concepts. Provides principles and main structure of this entrepreneurship plan. The second part, focused on methodology, consists of defining used methods and description of research. Final practical part is formed by concrete business plan with implementation of the analyses mentioned above. |
