| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou postavení cizích státních příslušníků na českém trhu práce. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis základních pojmů, legislativních předpisů a institucí, které mají na tuto problematiku zásadní vliv. V práci jsou rozebrány podmínky pobytu cizích státních příslušníků v České republice a vymezeny základní skupiny cizích státních příslušníků. Dále se teoretická část práce zabývá základními teoretickými východisky pracovní migrace a vymezením migrační politiky České republiky.Praktická část v prvé řadě analyzuje český trh práce a hlediska postavení cizinců v České republice. Další kapitoly jsou vyhrazeny analýze aspektů ekonomických aktivit cizích státních příslušníků na českém trhu práce. Závěr praktické části práce je věnován analýze dotazníkovému šetření, které je zaměřené na evaluaci zaměstnávání cizích státních příslušníků na českém pracovním trhu. Práce má za cíl zhodnotit situaci cizích státních příslušníků na českém pracovním trhu se zaměřením na vyjádření přínosu, který trhu poskytují.Základním cílem je přinést odpovědi na stanovené výzkumné otázky za pomoci provedených analýz primárních a sekundárních dat a dále formulovat doporučení orgánům výkonné moci České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor paper deals with the analysis of foreigners at Czech labour market. The theoretical part is focused on the description of basic terms, legislative regulations and institutions, which have fundamental influence on this issue. Conditions for the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic are analyzed and elemental groups of foreigners are defined in the paper. The theoretical part further deals with basic theoretical solutions of labour migration and definition of migration politics of the Czech Republic.The practical part first analyzes Czech labour market and viewpoints of foreigners´ position in the Czech Republic. Further chapters are reserved to the analysis of the aspects of foreigners´ economic activities at Czech labour market. The conclusion of the paper is devoted to the analysis of the questionnaire survey focused on the evaluation of employment of foreigners at Czech labour market.The aim of the paper is to evaluate the situation of foreigners at Czech labour market with the focus on statement of the benefit that they bring to the market.The main objective is to provide answers to the defined research questions by means of performed analyses of primary and secondary data and to formulate recommendation to the executive power bodies of the Czech Republic. |
