| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je koncepce Age managementu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současné povědomí o age managementu u běžné populace, zjistit do jaké míry tito lidé podléhají negativním předsudkům a stereotypům vůči starším osobám, jak se mění pracovní schopnost u lidí starších 50 let a na základě toho pak navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení. Nejprve jsou vymezeny základní teoretické pojmy týkající se age managementu a stárnutí populace. Další část je zaměřena na vlastní výzkum, který byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Způsob oslovování respondentů proběhl metodou convenience sampling. Jednotlivé otázky dotazníku byly vyhodnoceny a na základě těchto zjištěných informací byla navržena doporučení ke zlepšení současné situace. |

| Abstract: | The title of this Master’s thesis is concept of Age Management. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current awareness of age management in the general population, determine how these people are subject to negative prejudices and stereotypes towards the elderly, how the working ability is changing of 50year older people and then suggest recommendations for improvement. First, the basic theoretical concepts of age management and population aging are defined. The next part is focused on own research, which was proved by questionnaire survey. The method of addressing respondents was done by the convenience sampling method. The individual questions of the questionnaire were evaluated and there were proposed based on these findings recommendations for improving the current situation. |
