| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení badmintonové akademie pro vietnamské děti a mládež. v teoretické části definuji základní pojmy spojené s podnikáním, strukturu podnikatelského plánu, uvádím legislativu vedení sportovní skupin dětí a charakterizuji vietnamské komunity v ČR. v praktické části sestavuji samotný podnikatelský plán na badmintonovou akademii, protože tento sport v posledních letech nabývá na popularitě díky aktivnějšímu životnímu stylu v ČR. Tato práce poskytne veškeré informace o fungování Badmintonové akademie pro vietnamské děti a mládež a bude předlohou pro následnou realizaci projektu. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of the Badminton Academy for Vietnamese Children and Youth. In the theoretical part, I define basic concepts related to business, the business plan structure, the legislation of the children sport groups and characterize the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, I set up the business plan itself for the badminton academy, which has gained popularity in recent years through a more active lifestyle. This work will provide all information on the functioning of the Badminton Academy for Vietnamese children and will be the basis for the subsequent implementation of the project. |
