| Abstract: | Bakalářské práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu na zvýšení objemu výroby pro společnost P-SYSTEMS s.r.o. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu struktury podnikatelského plánu, jehož realizace je předmětem praktické časti bakalářské práce. Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení realizovatelnosti podnikatelského záměru včetně stanovení doby návratnosti investice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a business plan to increase production volume for P-SYSTEMS s.r.o. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the structure of the business plan and its realization is the subject of implementation of the practical part of this thesis. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the profitability and feasibility of the business plan including the payback period of investment. |
